  1. Coastal fishers

Harvested by local fishing families and prepared in their villages.

  2. Buying & processing

Bought by our partners, then processed, graded and packed to export standard.

  3. Export clearance

Fisheries approval, CITES permits where required, and PNG customs clearance.

  4. Sea & air freight

Shipped by container or air freight to Singapore.

  5. Singapore

Received, stored and distributed to our customers.

Community impact

Trade that benefits coastal communities

Many of the fishing families we buy from live in remote island communities with few other sources of income. Selling into an export market brings them steady cash income, and our partners invest in training, equipment and local infrastructure.

  • Income for coastal and island families, including women and youth
  • Skills training in handling, processing and fishing
  • Sustainable harvesting in line with NFA rules
